This initiative follows the 2022 sale of our underwriting company to Specialty Program Group (SPG), a strategic platform of best-in-class underwriting companies that provide specialty insurance solutions like our fiduciary insurance program. It represents a strategic milestone in our underwriting company’s efforts to provide best-in-class underwriting, risk management, and unique thought leadership to our brokers and policyholders.
With the support of SPG, Encore is poised to expand its market-leading fiduciary insurance capabilities, attract new underwriting talent, and expand into other management and professional liability insurance products.
While our name has changed, what has not changed is our goal to serve as America’s expert choice for fiduciary insurance and other professional liability insurance products to protect plan sponsors. We have the same expert underwriters and claims professionals to serve our brokers and policyholders. And we are offering the same A+ Superior rated insurance company to back our top-rated fiduciary insurance policies. The rebranding allows us to attract additional underwriting and claims talent to serve our brokers and policyholders. We also will now have the ability to expand into additional management liability and investment advisor insurance products beyond our traditional fiduciary focus.

We changed our name because of the sale to SPG’s strategic underwriting platform. The name Encore represents that our second act will be even better than our first.

Please ensure uninterrupted communication by asking your IT team to whitelist our new email domain. All current emails for our Euclid Fiduciary team, including our general submission box (mail@euclidfiduciary.com) and our claims address (professionalclaims@euclidfiduciary.com), will continue to function and be automatically redirected to the appropriate staff members.

The only change will be the logo on invoices issued with each binder which will be updated to Encore Fiduciary. All payments will continue using current wire and payment instructions indicated on individual account invoices.
Our name change is a transition process. For accounting, we are still using Euclid Insurance Services to handle our premium billing and collections. That will change to Specialty Program Group LLC doing business as Encore Fiduciary in the near future. So, no accounting changes for now. We will send a separate note to brokers when the accounting name changes.
